After collecting UX data created Wireframes

Based on the insights gathered through user research and analysis, I have created wireframes to visualize the layout and structure of the user interface.

Developed Style Guide

After finalizing the wireframes, I developed a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistency across the design. The style guide outlines the visual elements, including typography, color schemes, button styles, and iconography, as well as best practices for layout and spacing.

Design variation with design decision

The final design presented below is the result of multiple iterations and design decisions that were made based on feedback, usability testing, and continuous refinement.

Challenges

  • The client mentioned that we need to create a mobile app version as well. Therefore, we need to adapt the same user flow for the mobile app. This means I must ensure the same functionality and flow are maintained for the mobile version as well.

wireframes

  • After the client requested a mobile app version, I created wireframes to convert the existing desktop design into a mobile-friendly version. This required adapting the layout to fit smaller screens, simplifying navigation, and reorganizing content to ensure a seamless mobile experience.

Final Design

  • The final design reflects a refined version of the wireframes and design variations, incorporating feedback and insights gathered throughout the process.

Design Handoff

  • Once the final design was approved, I prepared for the design handoff to the development team. This involved providing detailed specifications, assets, and guidelines to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.

Impact

Impact

  • Expected to significantly improve user satisfaction by simplifying key workflows and reducing friction points in the web app and app’s interface.

  • New onboarding flow aimed to improve retention.

  • Updated interface to align with new brand guidelines.

  • The improved UI/UX is expected to lead to higher user engagement, contributing to increased customer satisfaction and potential for higher conversion rates post-launch.
